Tickets are on sale now for the August 25 live premiere in Fort Lauderdale.
The Autism Theater Project is excited to premiere the pilot episode of its new TV show, "The Voice Inside," August 25 at the Savor Cinema in Fort Lauderdale. Doors open at 3:30 p.m., followed by a showing of "The Voice Inside" at 4 p.m., and a reception from 6 to 7 p.m.
"The Voice Inside" is about resilient teens & young adults who come to realize this: "If you change your voice inside, you can change your life. And if you change your life, you could change the world.” The TV series especially focuses on success stories from the autism community. The show's message is clear: "achieve anyway, no matter your circumstances." You can watch the trailer here.
The premiere event will feature reflections from FL SAND Fellows Michelle Zeman and Patrick D’Arcy, along with FL SAND Parliamentarian Michael Lincoln-McCreight. They will share their personal experiences growing up with autism and discuss the importance of self-advocacy.
